Excel & CSV Viewer / Editor
Upload, edit, and download your data. Use arrow keys to move between cells. Press Enter or double-click to edit; Enter commits and Escape cancels.
Data-only editing: formatting, charts and formulas are not preserved. Files are processed on the server and temporary files are cleaned up after each request. Edits stay in this tab until downloaded.

Choose how to handle dates
Excel date cells do not include a timezone. The viewer requires a timezone offset for Timestamp values; it cannot safely guess one.
- Keep what Excel displays: load with Import displayed text. All non-empty values are imported as text, including numbers and dates. Cached formula results may use different formatting.
- Keep a date only: in Excel, convert the value to text such as 2026-10-08 (for example with TEXT(A2,"yyyy-mm-dd")), then copy and paste the result as values. After importing, select those cells and apply the Date type.
- Keep a timestamp: supply text with the correct timezone, such as 2026-10-08T14:30:00+05:30. After importing, apply the Timestamp type. Use the offset that actually applies to your data.
Changing only the Excel cell display format does not turn its stored date into text. Save and upload the corrected workbook again.
Downloads contain the edited table only. Blank and null values can become indistinguishable in CSV/Excel. Use JSON to preserve nulls. Text cells retain their types in Excel; CSV readers may reinterpret values.
